Hotel Information

Reservation will be made only on receipt of full hotel payment and should be sent in written form using the Online registration. Upon receipt of the booking form and full payment, each participant will receive a confirmation in written form from the Conference Secretariat (CongressLine Ltd.). Please note that any reservation payment or change of reservation should be sent directly to CongressLine Ltd.

The Conference Secretariat (Congressline Ltd) orders the hotel services on its own behalf but for the benefit of another person, pursuant to § 15 of the Hungarian VAT Act. as mediated services.

Extras should be paid at the hotel upon departure.

Check-in cannot be guaranteed before 14.00
Check-out time is 10.00
