Cancellation Policy of Registration and Hotel Reservation

All cancellations should be sent to Conference Secretariat in written form. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.

  • 100% refund (minus 50 EUR administrative fee) in case of cancellation received before July 30, 2023.
  • No refund in case of cancellation is received after July 30, 2023.

Payment

All payments should be made in euros. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender. Payments sent after August 26, 2023, may not be confirmed in written form. In this case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard, American Express

Card number with an expiry date, cardholder’s name, billing address of the cardholder, CVC code (the last three digits on the back of the credit card where the signature is – only in case of VISA and EC/MC), and signature of the cardholder are needed.
